Parts are covered by warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase. If product is defective or damaged, buyer will receive a full purchase price refund or a replacement.  Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective part or refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). This warranty does not cover diagnostic, installation labor and/or final paint finish. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, direct or consequential, rising from the use of, installation, or the failure of the product.
Refunds and Returns
Please inspect parts upon arrival. Any merchandise which is NOT defective or damaged may be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund (unless otherwise stated) and may be subjected to a restocking charge.
Electrical parts are generally not returnable, but please contact us if there is a problem.
No returns accepted on books or manuals, but please contact us if there is a problem.
All returned merchandise must include:
1. Copy of invoice/packing slip
2. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and in original packaging.
3. Shipping is non-refundable.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us (see “contact us” tab on our store page) before leaving neutral or negative feedback and we will assist you with resolving the problem if it is our fault, the delivery carriers fault or an order error by you.
All Merchandise Returns must be made with transportation charges prepaid. Buyer is generally responsible for return shipping charges.
Shipping

We ship Monday – Friday via UPS and USPS.
We will ship your order as soon as possible. If your payment is received before USPS and UPS pickups, your order will be shipped the same day, if not, it’s shipped the following business day.
We combine as much of the shipping charges as possible.  Shipping charges are based on actual UPS and USPS rates depending on the weight and size box your order is shipped in (very large boxes and items that can’t be shipped in a box are subject to an oversize or additional shipping charge by most carriers).
